In the article the design of LTCC (low-temperature cofired ceramics) structure for chemical microreactor was discussed. The design of 3D LTCC structure with buried cavities and channels includes two evaporators (fuel and water), the mixing chamber, the reformer and the combustor. Ceramic pressure sensors, platinum-based heaters and platinum-based temperature sensors can also be integrated into the structure.

In the article the investigation of lead-free thick-film resistors were presented. The thick-film resistor materials were prepared using combinations of two lead-free glasses and two RuO2 powders. The thick-film resistors were printed and fired on alumina and on LTCC substrates The fired resistors were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction, by scanning electron microscopy and by energy dispersive X-ray analysis. The sheet resistivities, temperature coefficients of resistivity, gauge factors and noise indices were measured.
