This Patent presents a simple and reliable approach for allocating pcomputational resources in dynamic distributed networks of devices like personal or tabular computer that is based on propagating labels between the devices. The main novelty of the invention is an allocation approach that considers merely the information that each devices receives from directly connected devices. Patent based on this patent proposal was awarded in 2014.
