In 2015, three members of the PG performed as 9 guest lectures at foreign universities, presenting the latest scientific and applied results of their research work. At the same time this type of hosting an excellent opportunity for networking and the exchange of research and pedagogical approaches and experiences.

Publication of the original domestic and foreign scientific papers in recent years raised journal to a higher level of quality, which is reflected in both the interest in the posts, as well as high-quality and diverse contributions.
C.04 Editorial board of an international magazine
The work is a university textbook. Beside regional-geographical approach, the work pays particular attention to political-territorial development, interethnic relations and economic, social and spatial processes in the region, where Slovenia has important ties and interests.
D.10 Educational activities
COBISS.SI-ID: 283344384Three different coordinations of student projects that promote early integration of students with the economy. Represent only the content related to the implementation of sustainable development - sustainable mobility in Solčavska municipality, the development of sustainable tourism on the Velika planina in Kamnik municipality and the establishment of the register and the analysis of degraded areas in the Gorenjska statistical region. The results were extremely well received, the media supported, some solutions will be realized in practice. As geographers, we took the initiative and the integration of the different profiles of students and looking for practical solutions in the economy.
D.01 Chairing over/coordinating (international and national) projects
COBISS.SI-ID: 58471778Mentoring (future) professionals at all levels of education is one of the key missions of researchers. In 2015, members of programme group were four doctoral tutors, all in the field of enforcement of the concepts of sustainable development and evaluation of natural resources. Outstanding pedagogical activity and link research work is also reflected in the number of graduates and memtoring other student tasks and projects.
