Within an invited talk on an international conference we presented the results of our studies on the mechanochemical synthesis of (K,Na,Li)(Nb,Ta)O3 and BiFeO3. Being of high interest for the conference community, we included in the talk some results related to the studies of the piezoelectric response of BiFeO3 and its domain structure and local conductivity, probed by atomic-force microscopy. These yet unpublished data were obtained within preliminary studies associated with this project.

COBISS.SI-ID: 26924071We report on the study of the concept and design of piezoelectric sensors and actuators for high-temperature applications. The design concept includes the compatibility of materials and technology, and the knowledge of the thermo-mechanical properties of implemented materials (piezoelectrics, electrodes, substrate and packaging).
