Vojko Strahovnik is the editor of the book series Philosophy in dialogue/Philosophie im Dialog. The series Philosophy in Dialogue is publishing monographs and collections of essays that contribute importantly to scholarship in philosophy as related to key global challenges. By emphasizing the dialogical nature of philosophy and including many interdisciplinary perspectives (theology, law, psychology, anthropology, educational sciences) the series aims to address the scope of issues related (but not limited) to global justice and globalization, multiculturalism, dialogue, reconciliation, democracy, the role of religion in politics and public sphere, public policy, social injustices and exclusions, inter-religious dialogue, the justification and content of human rights, human dignity and responsibility, foundations of European culture, the nature of moral judgments, etc.

European Association for Chinese Philosophy (EACP) is an international academic initiative, aimed at encouraging and advancing all academic and scholarly activities related to Chinese philosophy in all countries of Europe, while also establishing academic links with non-European scholars and institutions. Prof Dr Kersten is member of editorial board in: World Philosophies Series, British Association for Islamic Studies (BRAIS), Journal of Contemporary Islam in Indonesia, Sociology of Islam (Brill Publishers), Contemporary Thought in the Islamic World Book Series (Routledge), Sophia Studies in Cross-cultural Philosophy of Traditions and Cultures Book Series (Springer Publishing).

This work is one of the main results of the entire project. Edited by Dr Škof and Dr Grušovnik, this work collects chapters from all members of the project team (Grušovnik, Škof, Jelnikar, Kersten, Mlinar, Motoh, Strahovnik, Ditrich) and some other Slovenian and foreign authors. The monograph - edited volume in entirely dedicated to the of of the main questions of the project - nonviolence. This book is a result of project seminars, which have been held at the institute with the members of the project team the entire 2014 year and in the beginning of 2015 year.
