The oral presentation was about receiving information on formation of structures and their changes in organic-inorganic hybrid coatings and formation of interfaces, the coatings were exposed to extensive anodic polarization and in situ and ex situ vibrational spectroelectrochemical spectra measured. We used the ex situ infrared reflection-absorption (IR RA) and in situ confocal Raman spectroscopy. The coatings were prepared from hydrophobic precursor 3-glycidoxypropyl terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane) (EP-PDMS-EP) and crosslinker (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTMS) for aluminium alloy AA 2024. The aminopropyl-heptaisooctyl-polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (AP-iOc7-POSS) was incorporated into the structure of the coatings. Rheological measurements of sols were made in order to determine the most appropriate time for their deposition on the substrates and to follow the effect of the addition of AP-iOc7-POSS on time of gelation. The anticorrosion properties of coatings were also evaluated using standard technique like potentiodynamic polarisation technique. SEM was used for evaluating the morphology of the coatings. Surface properties of coatings (surface energy value, contact angles, hydrophobicity) were also determinated.

COBISS.SI-ID: 5448474For this report we prepared and analyzed samples of lacquer, currently used in company Iskratel, which was applied on the substrate AA2024 (aluminum alloy), silicon wafers and glass object. The coatings were dried at room temperature and treated at 70 ° C. The coatings on AA 2024 were used for electrochemical measurements, measurements of contact angles and the thickness of these layers. Coatings on silicon wafers were used for IR structural analysis of lacquer. We also carried out additional measurements of Raman spectra, in order to verify if the electronic board was completely covered with a protective acrylic lacquer, especially in joints.

COBISS.SI-ID: 5503514In this report, we presented the results of the analysis of the hardness and adhesion of the film coatings on electronic boards. Measurement of the coating hardness was determined by measuring the time of the damped oscillation of the pendulum (König method) on the surface of the dry film. The adhesion was determinated with grid cutting technique before and after exposure to a humid chamber. Lacquer for film coatings and electronic boards, which were used in this study, are currently used in the company Iskratel.
