COBISS.SI-ID: 4295016First results of the experiment were presented and show that the inclusion of tannins (hydrolysable, HT) affects the fattening properties (reduced intake) only at the highest concentration (3%). We observed an increase of parotid gland, in regard to skatole metabolism, the impact is unclear, the lowest concentration of HT increased, followed by reduced skatole concentrations.
