Thermal analysis and calorimetry in Central and Eastern Europe as a tool for solving diverse issues in different fields of science and applications : preface.

The third Central and East European Conference on thermal Analysis and Calorimetry (CEEC-TAC3) took place at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology in Ljubljana between 25th and 28 of August 2015. It attracted 302 participants from more than 40 countries. As a co-chair of the organizing committee of the conference, Romana Cerc Korošec was a guest co-editor of Journal of Htermal Analysis and Calorimetry special issue, devoted to this conference. This special issue presents 124 peer-reviewed full articles, whose topics were presented during the conference.
