THz systems can be today found in many applications for security, industry and others. One of the main building blocks for such THz detection system is the detector. In the paper detector array together with amplifiers is presented and the basic sensing element properties are described. The THz detection system presented, operating at room temperature has great performance in THz region up to 1,1THz and it is suitable for THz imaging and many other THz applications.

COBISS.SI-ID: 10986836The objective of this paper is the development of a compact low cost imaging THz system, usable for observation of the objects near to the system and also for stand-off detection. The antenna - bolometer sensor microstructure is presented and the THz system described in the paper. Analysis and design guidelines for the bolometer itself are discussed. The measurement results for both near and stand-off THz imaging are also presented.

COBISS.SI-ID: 11077460The method involves detecting a magnetic field strength dependant on a measured variable due to a distance between permanent magnets. The permanent magnets are movably arranged relative to each other in a direction of vector components. An output signal is conducted into a signal processing outputting device for determination of the magnetic field sensor required for the measured variable e.g. pressure, torque, weight and acceleration derived from the force.

COBISS.SI-ID: 10943316In this paper we describe a high level Matlab-Simulink model of a sensor system for vapor trace detection of different molecules in the air using array of differently functionalized capacitive sensors and extremely sensitive integrated electronic detection system. The model includes the adsorption/desorption process of differently modified sensors. The proposed model makes possible to study the interactions, selectivity and sensitivity of the sensor system efficiently and forms the basis for the design of different modules of the sensor system, including pattern recognition algorithms.
