Lecture presented at "Actualities in Ecological farming" summarized some results obtained within the project V4-1408. Authors presented partial results of sensory evaluation, mincrobiology, minerals and isotopic analyses of vegetables grown according different agrotechnical conditions.

COBISS.SI-ID: 4601720Results of microbiological analyses of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) grown according to ecological, biodynamic, conventional and integrated production system are presented in Master thesis. Additionaly, adhesion capability of Escherichia coli and Listeria monocytogenes on lettuce leaves was investigated. Main conclusion is that mycroorganisms count is very variable while Escherichia and Listeria can adher on and thrive on lettuce.
