A carrier mobile home chassis combines the idea of carrying the supporting frame of the housing unit and the need for mobility, which is the ability to move the structure on the supporting wheels via the adapter for a towing hitch. Simultaneous usage of both functionalities is the subject of the invention. The presented invention takes into account the maximum carrying loads of the construction, which are transmitted onto the chassis through the external walls of the housing unit. Therefore the supports are provided on the outer edges of the chassis, which is in the places where the walls are mounted onto the chassis frame. With the proposed solution, the transfer of the carrying load onto the supports is direct, while significantly increasing the safety when mounting the mobile home on the micro location in a way that the worker does not need for leaning under the construction with his whole body.

COBISS.SI-ID: 14419483A foldable wheel system for mobile homes solves the problem of cargo height limitation when transporting with a truck or a trailer on roads. The purpose of a wheel in the construction of a mobile home is precise positioning of a mobile home in the area of installation. It enables a relatively simple movement of the entire mobile home with a residential unit at low speeds and is not meant for usage in open road transportation. A foldable wheel is incorporated into the mobile home chassis during the transport with the usage of a folding mechanism. When the mobile home needs to be transported, the foldable wheel is lowered into a vertical position to activate its functionality. Wheels systems in the construction always occur in pairs therefore we can have one, two, or three pairs of wheels. The main advantage of the system is that it allows the construction of mobile homes with greater standing height inside a populated area.

COBISS.SI-ID: 14419995The current Kansei engineering type 1 methodology consider the emotional responses of only one group of customers. The aim of the Doctoral Dissertation was to complement Kansei engineering type 1 methodology, so that the methodology can be used to analyze two or more customer groups. The development of products for the global market requires mechanisms to enable check the customers with various locations background response on the product. The primary objective of dissertation was to discover the differences between the two groups of customers with upgraded Kansei engineering type 1 methodology. In a pilot study, we analyzed the existing procedure Kansei engineering type 1. Second, we have investigated where Kansei engineering type 1 integrates into Product Design and Development process. We have developed a methodological model KCUL, taking into account the emotional reactions of several groups of customers at the visual elements of the product in an early stage of conception, specifically in the levels of abstraction. Model KCUL was verified and validated in research study on observed population of students from Central Europe and South Asia. In the Doctoral Dissertation was developed an implementation of upgraded Kansei engineering type 1 method into the product design and development process.

COBISS.SI-ID: 13914651The thesis discusses the problem of optimization of intra-logistics in the modern production. On the basis of the known methods, techniques, and the complexity of the production system, the new model for integrated system for planning, scheduling, and control of production in real time is presented. New optimization method is inserted in the dynamic model. With the new method the optimization of logistics processes, with special emphasis on product planning, material flow and logistics tools were implemented. It took advantage of the potential of both directional information connections between processes. The method is in the basis a universal and applicable to various type of production. The new optimization method is presented by the relational database, mathematical model with multi-criteria function and the use of artificial intelligence. The thesis also described computing environment, developed for this purpose. Method and application have been tested through by implementing in the real environment of the production system.

COBISS.SI-ID: 13961499The product development process is supported by the technical information system (PLM) Windchill at Iskra mechanizmi d.o.o.. Information support in the development, production and associated processes is also supported by the ERP system SAP and Lotus Notes document systems. The control of 3D models was no longer suitable way of working for the increasing number and complex product development projects. Technical Information System Windchill was in one year project adapted (configured) to the needs of Iskra Mehanizmi. PLM system is already being used in a pilot project and users were trained. During the period of one year, the system will come in normal operation and users will be able to take advantage of its functionality. It placed an additional objective to carry out the validation of the system according to the requirements of the FDA (Food and Drugs Administration). After successful validation the electronic storing and approving documents can replace paper version.
