This is the only research group in Slovenia that systematically makes research on employment, system and social aspects of education and training and HRM, and in particular on the interference of these areas. Therefore it understands that its particular responsibility is to transfer adequate knowledge from abroad and to publish for Slovenian audiences. Their members have published in the observed period in Slovenian language 22 scientific articles, 32 chapters in scientific mongraphs, 9 sicentific monographs, 15 other articles, 15 other chapters and 15 papers at different conferences in the country. This is how it contributes to the dvelopment of science and to the aplication of knowledge. Group members have participated in various development projects in the country, such the development of national strategy of economic development, special strategies for the development of employment, education and training and industrial relations. They have also carried out development activities for corporations and public administration. The research work of the group serves as a basis of development and evaluation of various public policies and for the dvelopment of managerial practices. This knowledge is also conveyed to various groups of students.
