Biography
Andrej Kirbiš is a Full Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Maribor. His research focuses on the sociology of health, including healthy lifestyles, dietary patterns, mental health, and vaccine hesitancy, political and cultural participation, democratic values, environmental behaviors, and social inequalities, with a particular emphasis on youth. He has served as principal investigator of several nationally funded research projects with a total value exceeding EUR 1 million.
