Biography
I am an Associate Professor and Senior Research Associate in Applied and Social Informatics at the Prague University of Economics and Business in Czechia and at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia. In Prague, I am a member of a Research Group for Human-Centred Computing & Information Systems, and the Consumer Health Informatics Lab. In Ljubljana, I am a member of the Centre for Social Informatics. My current academic focus uses mainly social informatics perspectives to research and understand sociotechnical interactions in various application areas, see also the Research section. I am co-founder and Editor-in-Chief of Acta Informatica Pragensia: Journal of Applied Informatics, which is indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, the world's most prestigious scientific citation databases.
