Komlen Lalović was born December 21st 1983 in Mali Lošinj, former Yugoslavia. Primary school had finished in Belgrade with highest marks. After primary he finished Vojna gimnazija in Belgrade also with higher marks. He graduated MSc. at University at Military-technical academy in Belgrade-Serbia, field IT – Computer Science with average 8.11. He defend Ph.D. thesis as: „A novel system of baby identification and parenthood guarantee based on biometry“, and he was promoted in Ph.D. in July 2016. at University of Singidunum with exam average of fabulous 10.00 during Ph.D. studies. Science field is natural-mathematic science – Computer science.
