Povzetek
This project is based on the experiences in a previous TOI project "European Certificate of Floral Design-FlorCert (2009-1-SE1-LEO05-02268) The Partnership project aims of developing the experiences from the FlorCert-project, by continue to work with FlorCert as a tool for quality ensuranse for VET providers in the florist sector by raising the competence among the teachers and organize the education to get the required learning out comes for upper secondary florist students by working with FlorCert as pedagogical method to get a holistic view of the education. By enhancing the transparency, recognition and quality of competences and qualifications in the education in different countries we will increase the numbers of countries working with FlorCert by involving new partner countries as Holland, Slovenia and Croatia. Through that we will use FlorCert in a wider european context and enhance the network. FlorCert is also an important tool to make vocational education (florist) more attractive to young people and raise the status of the profession as such. Important in this project, to enable a sustainable method is also to look into NQF and EQF to consolidate the learning outcomes that makes the students employable and prepared for a life in the European life long learning context and to stimulate mobility between countries. Some of them will be open for public, VET-providers, teachers, students, enterprises, and employers and VET stakeholders to disseminate the project and continue to increase the number of "users" on a long term basis.
