Povzetek
Project contributes to the improvement of an actual and profitable business. The broader objective is to support the development and implementation of digital television and multimedia in Albania, Montenegro and Serbia. This countries, as recommended by the International Telecommunication Union, have to switch from analogue to digital broadcasting TV programmes till the end of 2012. The specific objective is that the vocational education institutions in Albania, Montenegro and Serbia, which are partners in the project, need to innovate existing or develop and implement new curricula in the field of M&DTV. Implementation of the developed curricula will contribute to more rapid transition form analogue to digital television. During the realization of the project, competencies and learning outcomes will be defined for vocational and specialized professional studies in M&DTV. Curricula for vocational studies in M&DTV will be innovated in all high education partner institutions while curriculum for specialized professional studies will be developed at VISER. Innovated and designed curricula will be accredited and implemented within the national system of higher education. Special activities in project will be dedicated to setting up infrastructure of high education institutions for realization of study programmes. One regional studio for advanced training of M&DTV professional will be set up in VISER, and 4 local labs will be set up in partner institutions. This project gives possibilities to educate professionals in the field of M&DTV required by the institutions whose business is electronic media.
