Povzetek

Training Workshops is project that deals with training of adults especially with vulnerable groups such as disabled, elder, first employment seekers. To Slovenian educational and training market these workshops added special value since almost no governmental mechanism is offering training in real work environment. We also built some training programs that are adapted to needs of these groups. Special product is concept for selection and evaluation and concept for certification of skills.
