Povzetek
Project Analysis of involvement into the mobility projects in organizations size types S1 and S2 involves partners from Slovenia, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Poland, ItalyIt aims to bring together different organisations which planned to be involved in mobility and want to prepare the base for innovative projects in the future and in the same time to encourage smaller companies of different branches to open to the European communication and cooperation by providing the interest for sharing the ideas, new way of technology usage, solutions for employment, investments in VET/skills and production where all partners benefit.The participants of the project will focus to the analysis of companies size (staff or trainees) S1 (1-20) and S2 (21-50), because experience so far shows, that smaller companies are less involved in such projects, they simply don`t show the interest, employs people with low qualifications or because of any other reasons don`t see the advantage of such project involvement.All partners will share the balanced distribution of task and meet in all partner`s countries according to the agreed activity plan.The result of the project is published analysis of the involvement into the mobility projects in defined size of organization. The research pattern will cover 20-30 S1 and S2 size companies in each participated country.The communication among partners will follow the usage of modern technology (internet, mail, forum, fax) and of course alive meetings, where each partner will host another at least 2 times.The project will be covered by 3 months evaluation activities and the results will be disseminated according to the agreed plan from the 5th meeting at the end of the project period and if necessary extended to further plans.
