Povzetek
Aims of the project "Let's cross borders - school for life" are as follows:-for the learners: increase of professional and key competences; personal development and understanding different cultures.-for the teachers - to support the professional development, to encourage networking across borders and opening up to international environment-for the Centre: to encourage internationalization, ensuring openness to international environment, connection of education to labor market in the sense of ensuring the complementarity of educational content and results to the European labor market.In year 2016/2017 we are planinning overall 47 mobilites of individuals in VET, of which 30 mobility of learners and 17 mobility of teachers. The mobility of students will take place in the form of traineeships abroad. Students will be hosted in the workplace or school. By mobility we want to increase learners linguistic and other key competences, as well as their professional skills to improve employability in the labor market. For students to understand the competencies we are going to connect this project to an internal school project Analysis of understanding competencies (key and professional), for our students to understand the concept of competence. Students will carry out self-evaluation of competences before and after the mobility and thus asses the raise of competences that result from mobility. In most cases, mobility will be held for mixed groups of various educational programs of BC Naklo with the aim to enhance integration and interdisciplinarity of programmes. With students mobility we want to strengthen European values and increase understanding of foreign cultures but at the same time, we would like to strengthen their own identity.The mobility of teachers supports their professional and personal development in the field of education and training. Learning achievements of staff are adequately recognized and disseminated with practical use in the organization, which also leads to internationalization at home.Partners organization will issue a certificate of attendance for practical training abroad. Participating students in mobility will have training recognized as "practical training through work" in the context of their formal education. The program is organized in a way that teaching staff carries out our lectures at partners organization abroad. Students and teachers will be provided with Europass mobility certificates. Mobility flows:-Austria - Biosphärenpark Nockberge (8 students of vocational or professional programmes in the field of agriculture, nature conservation, as well as professional gymnasium + 2 teacher on a training)Norway - Voss vidaregaande Skul (4 students of vocational or professional programmes in the field of agriculture, nature conservation, as well as professional gymnasium + 2 teachers for teaching)-Czech republic- ALVIT (4 students of food processing + 2 teachers for teaching)-Estonija - Luua Metsanduskool (6 students of vocational or professional programmes in the field of agriculture, nature conservation, horticulture as well as professional gymnasium + 2 teachers for teaching)-Individual Teachers' mobility will be held in Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Estonia and Cyprus, with a total of 7 days (5 days training).The selection of participants in mobility will respect the principle of equality and inclusion, in particular regarding the integration of students with learning difficulties, economic barriers and cultural differences. For mobility, we will prepare an internal call and based on the criteria set, a three-member committee will select participants. Participants will all receive organizational support from the project coordinator who will work together with organizers of practical training, teachers and the headmistress of the school as well as with hosting organization to monitor and ensure that the project achieved its objectives.
