Povzetek
Faculty of Organisation Studies in Novo mesto (FOŠ) started with incoming and outgoing Erasmus exchange (for students, teaching as well as administrative staff) in study year 2013/14. The goals for Project 2014 were one study mobility, one traineeship mobility two mobilities for administrative staff mobilites and two teaching staff mobilities. EPS rules, ECHE rules, national agency (CMEPIUS) rules and other legal documents were used for all the activities. The list of institutional agreements was increased to 14 until the submission of the report. Student mobility plan for 2014 agreement was two outgoing students due to the fact that most of FOŠ students are regularly employed, with families, which provides them limited ability to fully participate in exchange according to the rules. Based on the faculty call (published on the web page and bullet board at FOŠ), new institutional agreements, encouraging of the students to decide for the exchange (done in initial weeks of the study year), articles in FOŠ e-news, organisation of international news section, promotion at Facebook, we managed to encourage students to start to think about the long term benefits of the Erasmus exchanges (such as increased awareness of the differences, general knowledge, better understanding of different cultures, foreign language knowledge improvement). Based on these activities, two PhD students applied for the exchange. First student left for the classical student exchange to the Spanish partner, while second one left for the traineeship at Croatian partner. After approval of the exchange, both participants took the OLS language tests, through whole exchange period they were provided with proper support by the FOŠ administration. After the return, competent commission recognised their exchange and credits, which were, based on the commission decree, added to their electronic booklet. At FOŠ, Erasmus mobility for administrative and academic staff is available to the employees or members of FOŠ academic personnel. Since FOŠ has rather small number of employees (compared to other academic institutions in Slovenia), only four mobilities were planned for administrative and academic staff. Due to the personal reasons (maternity leaves) administrative staff did not participate in the exchange in this period. Four mobilities were realized for the teaching staff, which was sent to Croatia, Spain, Lithuania. Administrative as well as academic staff knows Erasmus + programme very well and has strong intentions to continue the exchanges also in the future. Two of the teachers who participated in exchange programme are employed at FOŠ, while other two work at for on the contractual basis. All participants were administratively supported in the whole process of their exchanges. After each exchange FOŠ calls for internal meeting (can be also meeting of the whole academic staff and students who are part of the academic council), where the teacher presents the exchange experience. Abstract of the mobility is presented also at the FOŠ e-news and on the Facebook site as well as in yearly reports. Within the 2014 agreement, FOŠ reached quantity goals of the project in the amount of six mobilities. All mobilites brought positive experiences, students became more willing to go for the exchange abroad, administrative as well as academic staff were able to enrich and improve their working processes. In the long term perspective, we will try to further promote Erasmus+ programme, increase the number of the exchanges, provide proper level of exchange quality as well as we will further assure that FŠ will be reliable partner institution.
