Povzetek

The partners of this projects are VET organizations and Universities which offer training to the Public Administration in cross-border areas interested by an Euroregion project.Many cooperation projects have been developing between local public institutions belonging to the concerned countries which have produced new needs in terms of competences and knowledge. In order to support this process the partners aim to cooperate for analysing their mutual experiences in the field of civil servants’ training” and comparing them to the once developed by a training organisation belonging to the Euro-Region PAMINA: the Euro-Institut. The partnership intends to focus on the following topics: -analysis of the training models used by Euro-Institut for the training of Public Administration staff in the cross-border context of “Rhin Supérieur” Region (France – Germany) and their transferability in the cross-border context of Friuli Venezia Giulia – Carinthia – Slovenia;-analysis of training models used by the partners in their contexts for the training of public administration personnel and their comparison for a transnational sharing of experiences.Common methodology of analysis will be used in order to allow partners to compare the different national models and to evaluate their transferability. Partners intend also to develop future cooperation projects.
