Povzetek
DIGI-SI 3.0 is Slovenia’s national initiative to accelerate digital and green transformation across SMEs, start-ups, and public institutions, with a strategic focus on the responsible deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Building on a proven service model from previous phases, DIGI-SI 2.0 transitions from emergency response to structured, long-term capacity building—anchored in European values, technological sovereignty, and inclusive access to innovation. The project will deliver 28 advanced services, aligned with the four DEP pillars: Test before invest, Digital skills and maturity, Support to find investments, and Innovation and networking. It will target low and medium-digital maturity organisations, while also supporting deep tech developers in AI, HPC, cybersecurity, and green technologies. Sectoral focus areas include health, manufacturing, tourism, and agrifood, supported by a geographically balanced consortium with strong regional roots. Objectives will be achieved through personalised client journeys, AI readiness assessments, access to testing infrastructure (e.g. AI regulatory sandbox, HPC, smart agriculture labs), training on trustworthy AI and green digitalisation, and a national one-stop-shop platform (Datamensio). The project integrates national and European ecosystems, referring clients to EU-level infrastructures such as AI-on-Demand, AI regulatory sandbox, and AI Factories. Fully aligned with the Digital Europe Programme and Slovenia’s Smart Specialisation Strategy, DIGI-SI 2.0 will directly contribute to Digital Decade targets. It aims to support over 500 clients, enable the adoption of at least 38 AI solutions, and trigger €1M in private investment. By fostering sustainable digital growth and strengthening Europe’s strategic autonomy, DIGI-SI 2.0 serves as a national anchor for the twin transition and one-stop shop for digital transformation for SMEs and wider.
