V članku je predstavljen relativno enostaven verjetnostni pristop za oceno obnašanja konstrukcij pri potresni obtežbi, ki povezuje N2 metodo in SAC-FEMA metodo. V SAC-FEMA postopku je računsko najbolj zahtevno določiti odnos med potresno intenziteto in parametrom potresnega odziva. V našem primeru IDA analizo, ki se uporablja v SAC-FEMA postopku, nadomestimo z inkrementno N2 metodo. Rezultati analize kažejo, da je verjetnost porušitve okvira, ki je enakomerno po višini zapolnjen s polnili, manjša od verjetnosti porušitve okvira brez polnil.

Simplified inelastic procedures for seismic design combine the nonlinear static analysis and the response spectrum approach. One of such procedures is the N2 method which has been developed at the University of Ljubljana and implemented into the Eurocode 8 standard. In this study an attempt has been made to predict the target displacement by four-linear idealization of the pushover curve using the approximate SDOF-IDA curves. The application of the proposed methodology is demonstrated using an example of a four-storey reinforced concrete structure.
