Abstract
Last few years, RTB Bor management is making great efforts to overcome the accumulated problems in operating systems of RBB and RBM and increase processing capacity with the least investment. Topics of scientific research work on this project are defined on the basis of the production unit, problems that are present in plant and mutual relationship of technological processes and operations at the stage of preparation and concentration in the RBB and RBM. The researches on this project will be preformed in laboratory and industrial scale. Major topics on this project are: sampling and characterization of the samples, crushing and classification, grinding and classification, floatation concentration and wastewater treatment. The expected key results of this project will be presented in the form of modern technical, technological and environmental solutions for application on existing equipment in RBB and RBM facilities. The aim of this research is to improve technological effects of production, increase the energy efficiency of installed equipment, reduce the cost of processing and consumption of normative material and improve the environmental situation in the RTB Bor and its surroundings. The importance of this research is the possibility to implement all results in industrial systems and adjustment of processing conditions in the RBB and RBM to modern trends of exploitation of low grade and complex ore deposits.
