Abstract
A few developing and applied researches are planned to make in the frame of this project to obtain and define the necessary parameters of different production technologies based on copper alloys, with aluminium, nickel, and silver, and with the addition of silica, zinc, manganese, indium, antimony, tin, and so on, for the needs of our domestic industry, which provides these alloys almost exclusively by imports. This research, during the four years, will include the development of production technologies for obtaining a different group of new generation of advanced materials such as: Cu-Ni-Zn, Cu-Zn-Al, Cu-Ni-Zn-Mn, Cu-Ag-Zn, Cu-Zn-Si-Mn-Fe, Ag-Cu-(Ni,Sn,In,Sb,Si) in the form of bars, sheets and wires with multifunctional applications in: electronics, electro industry, and measuring -regulation technique, as well as for semiconductors and integrated circuits platforms, for making special conductors and connectors, for welding, special electro-conductors and thermo-elements, for low voltage electricity fuses, thermo fuses for construction machinery, contact materials for measuring electrical properties of the lacquer wires, for shape memory materials, for production of thermostats, etc.. The mentioned materials are based on ecological knowledge as a substitute alloys that contain carcinogenic elements such as cadmium, beryllium and lead. The private company Martenzit and Admetal in Bor, who are Participants in the project, will also be users of the results from this project.
