Abstract
The introducing modern trends in a plant protection are the basic purpose of suggested project. The plant protection principles depend on harmful organism's dynamic of development. To respect these principles, it is necessary to have a permanent data of harmful organisms, which indicate their reliable and fast identification, estimating of their appearance, facts about their sensitivity on available pesticides, in order to delay the appearance of resistance, knowing of their antagonistic relations, all in purpose of effective control within a minimal expenses and pollution of the environment. Fungicide with wide spectrum activity based on copper citrate as well as alternative recourses and fertilizers will be evaluated in integrative approach in control of harmful organisms. Separate aspect of project is a researching of pathogen?s secondary metabolites, which are present in consuming parts of plant and decrease yield and food quality. Effects of the herbicides and phytopatogenic fungi will be studied in order to control the weed populations and to overcome their resistance. Also will be evaluated effect of herbicides and their correlation with morpho-anatomic structure of the leaf, in order to definition a sensitivity of some crops and testing the efficiency of a different chemical herbicides groups.
