Abstract
Three subprojects for development of equipment and process for preparation of composite materials having predefined: 1) optical properties, 2) electrical and magnetic properties and 3) mechanical properties will consist the project. Work packages of first subproject are a) development of electrospinning of composite defined optical properties nano fibers, b) design and manufacturing of laboratory apparatus for melt spinning of nanomodified luminescent polymer composite fibers, c) Extrusion and coextrusion process development for defined optical properties commercial nanocrystals microstructured modified polymer optical fibers. The second subproject has work packages a) Development of nanostructure hybride magnetic polymer matrix composite materials having predefined thermal, mechanical and magnetic properties, c) development of pultrusion process and laboratory apparatus for nanomodified composite electro isolation having defined chemical, electrical and mechanical properties production, c) development of laboratory apparatus for simultaneous pultrusion and machine winding of composite sticks having defined mechanical and chemical properties. The third subproject has work packages: a) electrospinning of composite nanofibers for ballistic composite materials development modification b) nanomodified flexible ballistic multilayer laminates and textiles consolidation process and tools development c) thermoplastic nanomodified hybrid composite plates pultrusion process development
