Abstract
Main source for precisious, rare and associeted metals winning in Serbia are scrap, used automobile and catalysers from chemical industry, filter stuff, furnace lining from glass fibres production, cellular phones, LCD displays, semi conductors, hard metal inserts of drill bits etc. In Serbia, companies which deal with repurchase of secondary raw materials, carry on repurchase and preparation of metal granulate mostly, but not recycling. On that way, valuable raw materials go to the trade market at very low cost. The aim of this project is to develope technologies of metal granulates processing to high purity metals and then, its processing to high quality products. According to this, great number of methods for metal granulates treatment will be explored: smelting process, electrolysis, hydrometallurgical treatment, ion exchange and solvent extraction. Experimental laboratory research of high quality products production will be done, too. The basic material for this production will be recycling metals. Obtained optimal technological parametars will be used as base for further technological processes recommendation for recycling of precisious, rare and associeted metals from solid waste in Serbia to high quality productions.
