Software environment for optimal software project management of high quality

Intensive development of ICT is estimated by strategy of scientific and technological development, which is directly supported by this project. This project is the native continuation of TR13018, also, whose results of research, especially concept of BISA (Business Intelligent Simulation Architecture) gave confidence to its success. The receasrch focus is on BISA design by integrated expert tools (Profit eXpert, Planner eXpert, Risk Management eXpert, Quality eXpert, Maintenance eXpert, People Performance eXpert and Process Dynamics Control eXpert). BISA will offer to SMEs the following: 1) Web portal-repository of the best models and practice, all integrated into optimized and quantitative driven software testing and maintenance process (SDLC); 2) an environment for scenario of quantitative SDLC simulation that allows cost and risk minimization by alternative testing plan choices determination, which satisfy constraints related to resources and performances of a company; 3) economical model of SQ for the investment benefit of SQA activities evaluation, measures that should be taken in order to improve SDLC process based on economical parameters. It is estimated, based on current published research results on the project TR13018, that three years of proposed software environment deployment with integrated software tools will result with ROI of 100:1, comparing with existing SDLC infrastructure of a software SMEs that have achieved CMM and TMM maturity of the 1 and 2 level.
