Abstract
Development, design and implementation of modern strategies of integrated management of operations and vehicle/mechanization maintenance in auto transport, mining and energy systems are based on the availability and reliability analyses together with techno-economic evaluation of production processes, vehicle and mechanization maintenance. The goal is to develop a software support to management systems with continually available data and information, relevant for process of optimization of correlative dependences between existing subsystems, technological and functional units in real time. Project defines modern strategies of integrated management, explores and develops possibilities of artificial intelligence and ICT implementation. Methodological approach is determined by the maximum of technical, economical, energy and ecology efficiency function. All processes and systems are being designed in accordance with EU criteria and are being viewed from the point of the impact on environment, and with this aspect, as condition and limit, equal to techno-economic ones incorporated into management model. Theoretical and methodological improvements are tested and proved through the modeled practical examples. The idea is to avoid accidents and increase benefits facilitated by systematic monitoring and prediction, the implementation of modern strategies and integral management of resources and processes in industrial giants, such as auto transport, mining and energy systems.
