Abstract
Project deals with the dynamics of three main categories of transporting machines. First category comprises the machines for vertical transportation (transporting and servicing mine machines and elevators). Second category comprises high reach cranes and mobile cranes (portal slewing cranes, port cranes, tower cranes and mobile platforms). Third category of treated machines comprises mobile machines for civil-engineering and mine operation. For the three aforementioned machine categories theoretical and experimental analyses are planed, with the aim of representative procedures formation for their engineering design. The whole project deals with internal mechanical influences on transporting machines’ components (load and stress functions) determining the design on the basis of dynamic influences. For that purpose, numerical methods for analysis and simulation of dynamic behavior were applied. These researches and simulations change classical approach and create the new one – dynamically determined machine design. Within the project, 8 basic machine types are numerically and 6 experimentally treated. (FTN Novi Sad, MFN Niš, Copper mine in Bor and IMK-Kruševac). The experiments are expected to veryfie developed dynamic models. Research result are technic-mathematical models for design of transporting machines with top performances like reliability, effectivnes and maximum addaptation to its purpose.
