Abstract
The research object within this project represents a new concept of geodetic measurement wherein four equally important components are going to be examined The first one is connected to applying the physics and mathematics scientific methods in the areas of methods while surveying physics parameters, mathematics processing and the analysis of gained survey results and their quality and reliability. A special attention within this component is going to be paid to estimating the quality index and the state reference system stability. The second component is connected to researches aiming to simultaneous determination of position of surveyed points from the geometry and physics aspect. The third component is connected to practical application of the new concept of geodetic survey by using the most modern technologies i.e. GPS, GIS and IT. The fourth component is relating to matching the standards of Serbia geodetic infrastructure to the international standards that are present in the European states geodetic infrastructure. Expected results mean a technological and methodological advancement of Republic of Serbia state reference system realization and setting the conditions for modernization of the state survey and their components gradual integration into European geodetic infrastructure.
