Software development and national database for strategic management and development of transportation means and infrastructure in road, rail, air and inland waterways transport using the European transport network models

The overall objective of the proposed project is to contribute to expanded, improved and safer transport networks, which will attract new investments to the poorer regions, improve the quality of regional life, promote trade and contribute to the improvement of relations with neighboring countries. The purpose of this project is to provide the future beneficiaries with a comprehensive transport platform development in line with transport policy and as a tool to design and implement transport schemes to meet the needs of all modes. The proposed project must be economically and technically justified, practical, and comprehensive. It must produce a rolling investment program for the transport sector for the certain period.
