RE-ENGINEERING OF NETWORK OF OPERATOR FOR UNIVERSAL POSTAL SERVICE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL SYNERGY OF STATE AND ECONOMIC RESOURCES

The state has considerable resources in terms of means, equipment, staff and network infrastructure to meet public needs. Assembly, Government, relevant ministries, public companies, independent regulatory bodies, local self-government are managing the public sector networks. The network is organized to meet the needs of helpful administrative nature which is required to be provided to the population on the whole territory for which it is organized. The subject of this project is to create organizational synergies between the state and economic resources on the level of the Republic of Serbia. The network of public postal operator and public administration will be included in this experimental project. The aim is to insure integrated network that will meet the needs of the population, in quality way, for universal postal services and public administration, through re-engineering of public postal operator network. The aim also is to further the expansion of the network, increase the range and quality of service on the entire national territory, particularly in rural areas. This project should enable rational use of state and economic resources and reducing network costs for settling the public needs of the population and economy. The aim is to enable the implementation of the strategy of information society in the Republic of Serbia.
