Abstract
The common characteristic of the human society development, from the very first community to this day, is the acceleration in the pace of life of both an individual and various communities throughout different systems. It seems as if there are three basic systems of human organization which cover all of his activities: biological, economic and sociological systems. By using computer networks, Internet above all, digital data are easily accessed and cheap, out of which one only has to select those useful for analytical decision making within the three systems when solving a huge number of problems. Some of the problems are vital for determining relations among data and selecting optimal ones from the possible number of solutions, by using new information technologies and interdisciplinary approach, because the traditional statistical approach for decision making has drawback due to the speed and the number of data. When considering both of the key questions, the scientific approach implies the use of the experiment and the observation method above all. The computer modelling and simulation steps result in the creation of a decision making support system as a mandatory tool for quick and trustworthy testing of new technologies.
