Abstract
The overall goal of the project is to create methodological, information and documentation, and analytical support to management of science and technology (S&T) and development in Serbia. The project is organized in two working packages (WP): WP1 consists of research of quantitative indicators of S&T development, which outcome should be international comparable S&T and innovation indicators in Serbia; and of research of mechanisms for a proper functioning of the S&T sector, enabling it to give a full contribution to the sustainable development of the country; WP2 consists of research of innovation activities (IA) in economy in Serbia and aim is to build mechanisms for efficient diffusion of technologies, stimulating IA and building of innovation capacities for adoption of technologies in enterprises in Serbia, and creation of networks for technology diffusion in Serbia. Integral result of these two groups is establishment and development of national innovation system in Serbia. The main results of the project are: National report on STI indicators and map of selected fields of S&T in Serbia; Methodology and Software for evaluation of IA of enterprises; Etalon for the level of IA of enterprises; Defining of innovation capacity and enterprise performance measurement system. Macroeconomic model for selected fields of economy; System for knowledge management as a decision support system for management of S&T and innovation policy, based on information and knowledge.
