Abstract
Technique of establishing broadleaves and coniferous autochthonous species interpopulation variability has been studied,a construction of new type container for production of seedling adapted to altered environmental conditions, application of new types of fertilizers for seedling nursery production, seedling mycorrhization, design of forest site and stand condition change model, environment monitoring and technological procedures for induced species control, development of new afforestation techniques, environmental and production properties of cultures, forest site index and information system development with view to biodiversity, air and soil protection.Integral protection implies the continuous study and improvement of the methods which contribute to the improvement of health condition and vitality of forests, which are aimed at obtaining the optimal percent of the area covered by forests.E.maimaiga contributes to the preservation of the population size of the gypsy moth at the low level. It is efficient, peculiar entomopathogen which spreads fast,so it can be assumed that this species is also present in Serbia, near the border with Bulgaria. This subproject is aimed at:monitoring of E.maimaiga;gaining knowledge on its role in the regulation of the population density of the host; determination of the scope of its spread;adoption of the new technological methods of the increase of the infective potential and acceleration of its spacial spread;study of interactions with other species.
