Abstract
GH:Evaluation of specificity, sensitivity and reproducibility of alternative stimulation GH tests glucagon and dexamethasone,in comparison with ITT in hypopituitary patients, obese and healthy ageing subjects.Establishment of population based reference range for serum IGF-I in adults in Serbia.Endocrine, neurocognitive, psychiatric evaluation in patients after traumatic brain injury and subarachnoid hemorrhage finding predictors for hypopituitarism.Prevalence of diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance in adults with GHD without GH therapy during a 5 year follow-up.Effectiveness safety and QoL with long-acting GH preparations in adult GHD. Metabolism:Metabolic and bone parameters in patients with schizophrenia treated with long-acting atypical neuroleptic risperidone.Role of ghrelin in chronic heart failure without cardiac cachexia.Role of metformin in prevention of metabolic complications in glucocorticoid excess states.Role of hyperprolactinemia on coagulation and metabolic status in fertile women before and after treatment.Placental kisspeptin in pregnant women with diabetes and hypertension.Genetics:Genetic basis for familial pituitary adenomas FIPA,congenital hypopituitarism AIP mutations and deletions in families from Serbia (collaboration with London,UK).Treatment with mTOR inhibitor everolimus patients with metastatic neuroendocrine carcinomas.Clinico-pathological correlations in patients with agressive pituitary adenoma pathological predictors of tumor behavior.
