Abstract
Treatment and care of patients with acute coronary syndrome defined recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology and the American Association recommendations for the heart and the American College of Cardiology, based on experience and evidence from clinical studies. However, as they included patients with the most common form of clinical presentation, a part of the population of patients getting out of this experience. Therefore, disease registries receive important place because they give "real" data.
