Abstract
The object of the research will be existing solutions and rules accepted within law system of the Republic of Serbia. That analysis should indicate where "the weak points" of existing law system are; what should be changed, amended or predicted by new enactments. Proposals on changing, amending or necessity of law regulation of certain questions will be formulated, primarily considering the solutions accepted in various legal documents accepted by EU. In such way, beside the evaluation of our current legislation, it would be also possible to come to answers: what is not, and must be in compliance with the EU regulation; what is not, and it is needed to be regulated because it is required by EU; in which scope, considering current level of economic and social development of our society, should we accept and incorporate the directing EU rules into our law system. Beside legal solutions that should make our law system better and closer to the EU context, it can be expected that analysis of rules about services will prove following conclusions: that there are connections among numerous legal issues applicable on various services, that some of the issues connected with regulation of legal relations established in regard to service providing are to be solved in the same or similar way, although they concern completely different services. And, that would mean that this project could serve as introduction to forming of new legal discipline, that could be called Service Law.
