Abstract
Movement of athletes, their performance techniques of different movement structures is possible to quantify and thus subject it to varied diagnostic procedures. Thus it is possible to define the model of the performance of each and every sports technique, i.e. a set of criteria values of biomechanical parameters relevant to the successful execution of each analyzed movement structure. On the basis of such obtained biomechanical standards it is possible to administer further analyses of the movement efficiency, detect mistakes, perform comparative analyses and do some modifications so as to optimize movements. Elite athletes achieve exceptional results worldwide. However, in most cases biomechanical background of their motor efficiency is still obscured. Applying adequate analyses it is viable to precisely register biomechanical characteristics of sports techniques, determine the structure of the causal relations and movement parameters. Sub goals of this project will be realized through the definition of their mechanical characteristics of movement by means of determining the internal structure of biomechanical parameters and modeling and optimising of the movement analyses aiming at reaching the maximal effect. By implementing the project one will determine anthropometric parameters and postural status which will in turn give insight into the constitutional status and its objective estimation in elite athletes.
