Concepts and strategies of providing quality basic Education and pedagogical work

The aim of this project is to contribute to further development of the system of providing quality in pre-school and primary-school education and pedagogical work, widening relevant theoretical-conceptual and empirical basis for operalisiton of the relevant elements of the system of providing quality. The research includes: critical meta-analysis of the relavant contemporary concepts and research of education and pedagogical work and their relations to the proclaimed aims in basic education; research of the factors of efficiency of the process of education and pedagogical work: personal, environmental and their interactions; research of the ICT from the point of the function of improving the quality of basic educational and pedagogical work, with the aim of defining standards of the quality of digital applications and safe use of the Internet: quality of the curricula, contents and teaching methods for different subject areas from the aspect of obtaining knowledge quality; empirical testing of the applicability, factors of successful application and the effects of application of different educational and pedagogical models in our environment and students' achievement and the paradigms and criteria of their evaluation. The main result which is expected is improving theoretical-conceptual, empirical and methodological basis for further research and practical improvement of the relevant elements in the system of providing quality of basic education and pedagogical work.
