This kind of new and contemporary approach in the development of E-speech therapist system requires a number of research activities which should optimize system’s functionality. Audiovisual communication at a distance is a new way of communication patient-speech therapist and the topic of initial researches is the influence of technical characteristics of the internet channels on this kind of communication from the aspect of treatment efficacy in children of different ages.
