Purpose of equipment
Fluorescent microscope is primarily used for the study of cell biology and provides excellent visibility preparations, in which some of the molecules that fluoresce. Molecules that can fluoresce, for example chlorophylls and carotenes, this is the primary fluorescence. If it is necessary, some structures can be stained with fluorescent dyes - fluorochromes, this is secondary fluorescence. This microscope allows motorized window tables, which results in higher accuracy and the possibility of automation of some processes.

The equipment is not a part of Infrastructural program NIB. The equipment can be used without limitations and immediately according to agreement. The price is agreed according to the time and purpose of the use.
