Purpose of equipment
The main purpose of equipment is specimen morphology investigation. It can be done at magnification up to 100x10 at transmitted or reflected light. Additional equipment allows also investigation at elevated temperature, up to 350°C, temperature scan from 0.01 to 30°C/min and sample preparation.
