Optical contactless 3D microscope
Purpose of equipment
The equipment is used for grab and characterization of the surface topology (3D), including the evaluation of characteristics (roughness, waviness, radius, etc.). The device offers grabbing and diagnostics on macro and micro level, with the uncertainty down to nano range.
