Digital optical microscope with capture of topography
Purpose of equipment
The digital optical microscope is intended for observation and imaging of samples by means of visible light. It provides a magnification range of 0.1-2000x, different types of illumination, and tilting of the head. 3D motorized table and software allow automated image stitching, 3D sample measurements, and grain size analysis.
