Multi-functional spectrophotometer for microtiter plates

Purpose of equipment
The multi-functional microplate reader has very diverse functions (UV-VIS, fluorescence, chemiluminescence detectors) and is used for measuring concentrations and enzymatic activities of proteins involved in halotolerance (like Hog1 kinase, Hal2 phosphatase); optical density of growing cells and concentration and quality of nucleic acids.
