High-performance DNA/RNA sequencing platform

Purpose of equipment
System provides simple, scalable, reliable, cost-effective and high-throughput sequencing, for applications requiring large amounts of data, such as human whole-genome sequencing (WGS), ultradeep whole-exome sequencing (WES), and whole-transcriptome sequencing. When combined with lower output flow cells, the same instrument can be used for less data intensive methods therefore offering tremendous flexibility in sequencing options.

The sequencing platform is located at the Clinical Institute of Special Laboratory Diagnostics. Researchers have access to it by prior arrangement with the person responsible for the equipment (Jernej Kovač). We provide support for the use and data analysis.
